Thank you for becoming a Foodey Customer. By purchasing from Foodey, you are agreeing to all conditions set out below. These terms & conditions may alter from time to time so it is recommended to check over these before each order.
We are excited to provide to as many customers as possible but it is logistically impossible to deliver to all areas and hope that by offering pickup service at Foodey, 9 Mummery Crescent, East Bunbury, we will be able to accommodate any Foodey friends that we are not able to deliver at this time or for the local community to have the ease of collecting.
We request that you are available for delivery and to unpack in a responsible manner to keep cold products at the optimum temperature. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness, quality and temperature of all products that we pack for up to 9 hours. As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure your delivery details are correct. If you have arranged for your order to be delivered and your situation changes please call us as soon as possible on 0455 588 762 so we can advise our driver to make arrangements to store your order in the cool room at Foodey. Unfortunately no delivery fee refund will be given in these circumstances.
As our customer it is your responsibility to check and approve all of your meals before consuming it and please ensure you eat the produce within the recommended time stated on the packaging. Although all care is taken, please be aware that gluten, nuts and shellfish are prepared on our premises.
It is our intention to deliver all orders by 6pm. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will endeavor to communicate with you via phone & Facebook, especially if weather interferes with our Foodey delivery plan.

Please note this phone resides at the Foodey premises so all other week days will be answered between 9am - 4pm.
